PHASE 1 – Preliminary Project
First Contact
The client shares approximate measurements and photos of the space (with support from the builder or foreman).
With this information, we prepare an initial no-cost quote, which helps determine the most suitable system (Europa, Akari, EXT-Vista, etc.) and estimated investment.
Project Definition and Agreements
We review the proposal with the client to define the design, finishes, systems, and functionality expectations..
Then, we adjust the quote and present the final version for approval.
Project Deposit / Down Payment
Once the project is approved, we request a percentage deposit that secures the space in production and confirms mutual commitment.
This step ensures order, prioritization, and accurate technical scheduling.
On-Site Technical Visit
A specialized technical team conducts a site visit to:
- Take exact measurements.
- Review construction conditions
- Validate structural and installation details
PHASE 2 – Execution
